You start by sending reseller's request to sales@secureaction.com. After your application has been approved, you are assigned a Reseller ID and instructions on how to use it are emailed to you.

Reseller ID allows us to track online orders placed by people who used your Reseller URL to order our products and reward you according to the Reseller Program Terms and Conditions.

• SecureAction Research, LLC reserves the right to accept or decline Reseller Application without explanation.
• SecureAction Research, LLC reserves the right to terminate a reseller's account at any time with immediate effect and not pay the commission if it's found that reseller is exercising any of the Improper Business Practices listed below.
• SecureAction Research, LLC reserves the right to change the rate of commission and/or the products included in the scheme, although we will not do so without giving prior notice to existing resellers.
• SecureAction Research, LLC will provide you with special 25% discounted price for all our produts
• If reseller sells $3K net revenue within 6 months the discount percent becomes 35%
  

Improper Business Practices

Any reseller activities considered by SecureAction Research, LLC as improper are subject to the withholding reseller fees, termination of reseller account and legal prosecution to the maximum extent possible under the law.

Improper activities include, but are not limited to:

• using unsolicited email (and/or spam) to promote Reseller's business or products sold
• linking to SecureAction.com or SecureAction Research, LLC products from sites that contain sexually explicit or any indecent, obscene or clearly offensive material, promote any illegal activity, promote violence or discrimination
• providing customers with insufficient or misleading information about business, products, trademarks or copyrights
• any other method of promotion which, in our judgment, is likely to bring SecureAction Research, LLC into disrepute

To become the reseller of our products please:

• Send a message to sales@secureaction.com. Please refer the number of licenses you would like to purchase
   
• After receiving this message we'll provide you with the internet URL where you will be able to place an order. We accept all major credit cards and all major payment methods, including checks, phone/fax orders, wire transfer and purchase orders, we can also provide you with an invoice if it is necessary.
   
• When you get a new customer for our products you purchase the license for this customer from SecureAction Research using the URL we've sent you (see above). After placing the order please send us the registration name to let us create a registration code (unlock code) for your customer. This unlock code will be sent to you within 1 business day. You can also make an unfront purchase for your future customers — we'll send you registration codes upon request when you get a new customer.
   
• After receiving the unlock code from SecureAction you either send it to the customer together with the instructions or enter it into the trial version of the program on the customer's computer. This will convert the trial version of the program into the fully-functional one.
