Advanced Encryption Package Professional (AEP PRO)

License for use and distribution.

1. AEP PRO is distributed as try before you buy.

This means:

1. All copyrights to AEP2005 Pro are exclusively owned

by SecureAction Research, LLC.

2. Anyone may use this software during a test period

of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or

less, if you wish to continue to use AEP Pro, you

MUST register. Technical support is available to

you during the Trial Period.

3. License After Trial Period. This Software is licensed,

not sold. During the Trial Period, you have the

option of paying a license fee in order to be able to

use the Software after expiration of the Trial Period.

Upon your payment of the license fee, SecureAction

Research provides you with a License Key and

grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to

(a) use the Software on a single computer at any

time; and

(b) make one (1) copy of the Software in machine

readable form solely for backup purposes. You

must reproduce on any such copy all copyright

notices and proprietary legends found on the

original.

4. License Types

There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for AEP

PRO, these are:

a. A single computer usage license. The user

purchases one license to use AEP PRO on one

computer.

b. A multi-user license. The user/company

purchases a number of usage licenses for use,

by the purchaser, the purchaser's employees on

licenses in network environment must not be

less than the maximum possible amount of

simultaneous users.

5. Subscription for Technical Support, Updates and

Upgrades

a. A "Subscription" is a time-limited right to

technical support and Software updates and

upgrades.

b. The license fee for the Software includes a one

(1)-year of free upgrades.

c. At any time prior to the expiration of your

Subscription, you may purchase additional

Subscriptions. Additional Subscriptions will extend

the validity of your current Subscription. If you

do not purchase any additional Subscription, you

will lose the right to technical support and

Software updates and upgrades as of the date

your current Subscription expires. However, you

will not lose the right to use the Software.

information regarding subscriptions (prices,

online purchase etc.).

e. Technical support is provided via electronic mail

at the following address:

support@secureaction.com.

SecureAction will use its best efforts to provide

you with technical support within forty-eight

(48) business hours of your request. Please

check our web site to find our latest

contact information.

6. Restrictions

You may not provide or make available by any

means the License Key to any third party. You

undertake to take such steps as are necessary

in order to protect the License Key against

unauthorized use. You allow SecureAction Research

and its distributors to employ technical means in

order to check the conformity of your use of the

Software to the terms of this License. Should a

multiple use of the License Key be detected,

SecureAction Research is entitled to damages for

the prejudice suffered and may terminate your use

of the Software without any compensation.

7. No Refund

Because the Software is provided free of charge

during the Trial Period to allow potential customers

to evaluate and test it before paying the license fee,

SecureAction Research enforces a strict no-refund

policy. Please evaluate and test the Software

carefully during the Trial Period. Once you pay the

license fee, your payment is final and you may not

be reimbursed.

8. Limitations

AEP2005 Pro IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO

WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL

NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF

PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING

OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease,

sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise

reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program,

or any subset of the licensed program, except as

provided for in this agreement. Any such

unauthorized use shall result in immediate and

automatic termination of this license and may result

in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Installing and using AEP Pro signifies acceptance of

these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license

you must remove AEP Pro files from your storage

devices and cease to use the product.
