License for use and distribution.


1. AEP is distributed as try before you buy.
This means:

1. All copyrights to AEP2005 are exclusively owned
by SecureAction Research, LLC.

2. Anyone may use this software during a test period
of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or
less, if you wish to continue to use AEP, you
MUST register. Technical support is available to
you during the Trial Period.

3. License After Trial Period. This Software is licensed,
not sold. During the Trial Period, you have the
option of paying a license fee in order to be able to
use the Software after expiration of the Trial Period.
Upon your payment of the license fee, SecureAction
Researchvides you with a License Key and
grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to
(a) use the Software on a single computer at any
time; and
(b) make one (1) copy of the Software in machine
readable form solely for backup purposes. You
must reproduce on any such copy all copyright
notices andprietary legends found on the
original.

4. License Types

There is 1 basic type of license issued for AEP:

A single computer usage license. The user
purchases one license to use AEP on one
computer. This license does not give right to use
AEP in commercial environment. Only for personal
purposes.

5. Subscription for Technical Support, Updates and
Upgrades

a. A "Subscription" is a time-limited right to
technical support and Software updates and
upgrades.

b. The license fee for the Software includes a one
(1)-year of free upgrades.

c. At any time prior to the expiration of your
Subscription, you may purchase additional
Subscriptions. Additional Subscriptions will extend
the validity of your current Subscription. If you
do not purchase any additional Subscription, you
will lose the right to technical support and
Software updates and upgrades as of the date
your current Subscription expires. However, you
will not lose the right to use the Software.

SecureAction will use its best efforts tovide
you with technical support within forty-eight
(48) business hours of your request. Please

6. Restrictions

You may notvide or make available by any
means the License Key to any third party. You
undertake to take such steps as are necessary
in order totect the License Key against
unauthorized use. You allow SecureAction Research
and its distributors to employ technical means in
order to check the conformity of your use of the
Software to the terms of this License. Should a
multiple use of the License Key be detected,
SecureAction Research is entitled to damages for
the prejudice suffered and may terminate your use
of the Software without any compensation.

7. No Refund
Because the Software isvided free of charge
during the Trial Period to allow potential customers
to evaluate and test it before paying the license fee,
SecureAction Research enforces a strict no-refund
policy. Please evaluate and test the Software
carefully during the Trial Period. Once you pay the
license fee, your payment is final and you may not
be reimbursed.


8. Limitations
AEP2005 IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF
FITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING
OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease,
sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, or transfer the licensedgram,
or any subset of the licensedgram, except as
vided for in this agreement. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
automatic termination of this license and may result
in criminal and/or civilsecution.

Installing and using AEP signifies acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license
you must remove AEP files from your storage
devices and cease to use theduct.
